Cumbie-French Large Conference Room

With a wall of windows, 127 person standing capacity, almost 900 square feet, and cutting-edge AV technology with four large, mounted screens and advanced digital possibilities, our large conference room allows for multiple types of gatherings.

Break Out Rooms A and B

Ideal for smaller sessions or break-out sessions, each of our two meeting rooms boasts large windows, a 29-person standingcapacity, and one large, mounted screen.  With just over 420 square feet, multiple room and table configurations are available.

Packages Details

Reserve the full rental facility* or individual rooms at affordable rates.

Limited Hours:
If you have a small event and limited set up, take advantage of our standard rates for exclusive use of the full rental facility* for an 8-hour day (set up and teardown must be included within the 8 hours).

Day-of-Event + Next Morning Pick Up:
Exclusive use of the full rental facility* for a full day (8 hours) plus next morning 10 am pick up.

Full Weekend:
Exclusive use of the full rental facility* for the full weekend, 8 hours each day, Friday-Sunday.  

All POV Packages Include:

  • Event staff to assist with coordination the day of your event
  • Support in helping to conceptualize and plan details
  • Exclusive use of our grounds and building interior*
  • Usage of our in-house AV, kitchen, tables and chairs (some restrictions apply; you are also welcome to work with an approved, outside vendor to bring different or additional equipment)
