Facilities and Amenities

Point of View offers a fully customizable setting for your event, including: 

  • Multiple locations, indoors and outdoors, for celebrations of all sizes 
  • Breathtaking water backdrops for photos 
  • A main hall with sound system and outdoor patio with sweeping views  
  • A fully equipped kitchen with marble counters and a wide range of caterers and licensed bartenders from which to choose based on your personal preferences and budget 
  • Private spaces to get ready for your special day 
  • We are happy to work with you to provide a list of vendors who can provide flowers, tents, decorative lighting, or other special equipment to make your day extra-special 
  • Accommodations for up to 75 guests seated inside and up to 150 outside. 
  • Free parking 
  • Wheelchair and handicap accessible

Point of View can comfortably accommodate about 150 people across our main building, 127 people (standing capacity) in our large room, and 250 people when using our full indoor and outdoor spaces.

Packages

Full Weekend

Exclusive use of the full rental facility* for the full weekend (from Friday at 5 pm – Sunday 10 am.  Hours may be adjusted so long as they remain roughly the same number of hours, including for a Sunday event).

Day-of Event

Exclusive use of the full rental facility* for a full day (8hrs) plus next morning 10 am pick up (for example, from Saturday morning as early as you need, to Sunday at 10 am).

Limited Hours and Set Up

If you have a small event and limited set up, take advantage of our standard rate for day events. Exclusive use of the full rental facility* for an 8-hour day (set up and teardown must be included within the 8 hours).

All POV Packages Include:

  • Event Staff for day of coordination
  • Support in helping to conceptualize and plan details
  • Exclusive use of our grounds and building interior
  • Usage of our in-house AV, tables and chairs (some restrictions apply; you are also welcome to work with an outside vendor to bring different or additional equipment)
